Dahon Boodle and Grill

It’s Monday after a very long holiday!  I woke up early, yearning to be productive today.  And since there’s no school anymore, I opened the store early and decided to spend the day here.  While waiting for customers, might as well write to shoot two birds in one stone.

As we commemorated Jesus Christ’s passion to the cross last week, I was reminded yesterday of the Christmas me and my Physics majors had because yesterday was also Christmas of the resurrection.  I could not miss without ever posting this.  So rewind, December of 2014 at Dahon Boodle and Grill.

Dahon Boodle and Grill is located along Don Anselmo Bernad Avenue, Ozamiz City.  It is a sister resto of The BBQ Station (Tuslob Buwa) and SN Lechon Manok.  It offers another boodle fight experience to the big OZ which makes dining more enjoyable and affordable!  To cater diverse customer need and satisfaction, the food is varied with pork, chicken, fish, and other seafood.  They even include soup, vegetables, and fruits to offer a very complete meal.  Additionally, the rice is served with a very ample amount to be shared by a whole bunch of happy eaters!

My students and I had fun eating with bare hands, rounding up the buffet in front of us.  We enjoyed eating that we didn’t notice that we consumed all food in just a matter of few minutes only.

After boodle fighting was the much-awaited exchanging of gifts!  We had been kris kringling for the whole week and whoever gets to guess his/her manianito/manianita is rewarded with a Fascino giveaway.  But I love them all so everybody got a gift from Fascino! 🙂

After Dahon, we agreed to digest the food we gluttonized by walking to Gat’s Bar and have light drinks there.  By then, views, opinions, and “feelings” were told to each other that we also agreed to leave ’em all there!

To finally end the night, we rode on a big motorcycle that’s the most unique in our small city.  All of us wentsiksikan inside because the driver agreed to drop all of us to our respective destinations.
