Chef Nic Rodriguez, the sole owner of Rufino’s has scrumptiously merged Italian and Ilokano cuisines in this Bagnet on Poqui-Poqui Pizza invention.

To match with the pizza, Rufino’s also got Paoay Longganiza, another Ilokano delicacy in pasta. Truly, there are already a myriad of pastas and pizzas in the whole wide world but these ones at Rufino’s are a must-try and you have to taste it yourself!

And to quench your thirst from the scorching heat of the Ilocos’ sun, the all-time Filipino favorite Halo-Halo is also a bomb at Rufino’s! What makes this different are the pinipig (rice crispies) toppings which are rarely found in halo-halo’s here in Mindanao.

With all these treats to the taste buds, Rufino’s also touches the sense of sight and feel of its diners. Their interior offers eye candies to antique lovers with a homey atmosphere. And with a blasting air conditioner, what more could you ask for?
