#AhonCarmenAnnex Relief Op

It has been two months since we had our relief operation at Brgy. Carmen Annex.  Sorry for this very delayed post but then and again, it’s better late than never!  I would just like to thank all the people who extended their support to this project.  Since day one of posting the call for help, financial and manpower support arrived at Fascino!  Even those who are not here in Ozamiz sent their love to the fire victims of Purok 8 and 8A of our barangay.  So we packed bundles of love for them while trying to stretch the budget to be fair to everybody as there were more or less 200 families to be reached.

With all the collaborative effort, we had packed a total of 97 bundles of love!  At first, we were only aiming for 50 but we had indeed stretched the budget.  Though we haven’t reached 200, still we praise God for the provision!  So after a week of collection, we distributed the goods at the coastal area of Brgy. Annex.

Special thanks to Ma’am Juvi’s hubby, to Papa who became our driver, and to the two barangay tanods for their assistance!  Truly, the bayanihan spirit of the Filipinos lives on!  Thank you so much to all generous hearts who extended their help whom I don’t have to mention names for their privacy! 🙂  May the Lord God shower you with more blessings!  Let’s pray together that we won’t be struck with calamities like this anymore.

And after two months, there are still other families who haven’t recovered from the tragedy yet.  You may still reach them through the Gecana family.  Contact Ammy at 09177100975 for more information! 🙂

Thank you, Ma’am Juvi and Fascino for the Jollibee treat! 🙂
