There are people who can express themselves freely through directly voicing out their thoughts by speaking. On the other hand, there are also people who can express themselves completely through writing. I am not an introvert nor an extrovert. I can speak to people pretty well by talking but I can convey my message in depth through writing. I process my thoughts and feelings through writing.
