Misamis Occidental Tourism: Bingka ni Nang Loisa

rice cake bingka in Bonifacio Misamis Occidental tourism

Here’s another feature post for Misamis Occidental tourism!  When in Bonifacio, there’s always the most sought-after eats in Misamis Occidental which is Manang Loisa’s bibingka. Bibingka is rice cake made with coconut milk and baked in traditional pugon. Nang Loisa’s recipe has always been a hit for years which made the Special Program for the Arts of Bonifacio to compose a song for it. Here’s the original Cebuano song when the group sang it for Father Edward Tabada at Agua residence. Click the link below for you to enjoy it as much as we did. Thank you so much for sharing your talent to us, kiddos! 🙂
