Pork with Young Corn and Pineapple Slices

Mmmm…..  Looks yum yum, right?  What could this be?  Well, this is just one of my kitchen experiments without the recipe.  I just cooked this through instinct.  Hehe….  So, allow me to share this very simple dish to you that could be prepared in as fast as 15-20 minutes.  Here’s how:

Marinate pork slices in pineapple juice, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil and add tomato ketchup.
Bring to a boil and add tomato ketchup.
Simmer until meat is tender.
Simmer until meat is tender.
Add young corn and continue to simmer.

Top with pineapple slices.
