I process my thoughts and feelings through writing. It keeps me sane and fuelled. I’ve been keeping journals since middle school and it is helping me big time with my mental health. Specially now when I’m living alone here in Toronto. I came as an international student and it was such a difficult time balancing school and work. I supported myself financially because I never wanted to ask money from my parents. I am an adult and I want to be responsible for my decision of coming here.
